What we collect
When you book a free trial or a term, we ask for your name, email, phone number, and your swimmer’s first name, age and any notes you choose to share, such as nerves or medical needs.
Why we collect it
We use these details to find the right class, confirm bookings, tell you about changes to your lessons and keep everyone safe in the water. We never use them for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you have lessons with us and for one year afterwards, so we can answer questions about past terms. After that, we delete them.
Who we share it with
No one, except the teachers who run your lessons and the services we use to send emails and take payments. We never sell your details.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them at any time. Just email us and we’ll reply within a month.
