Terms of booking

Booking a free trial
Your first lesson is free. We hold a place for you in the class you try for one week afterwards, so you have time to decide.
Paying for a term
Lessons are paid by the term, before the first lesson. The price for each class is shown on its class page. Siblings get 10% off.
Missed lessons and make-ups
Tell us before the lesson and we’ll offer a free make-up in another class at the same stage. You can make up to two lessons each term.
Cancelling
You can cancel before the term starts for a full refund. After the term has started, we can’t refund lessons, but we’ll always try to move you to a better time.
Safety in the pool
Our teachers are qualified and first aid trained. For under-5s classes, a grown-up stays in the water with their child. Please follow your teacher’s instructions at all times.
Photos
We never take photos of children without written permission from a parent or carer. If you agree to photos, you can change your mind at any time.
