What they learn

Widths turn into lengths, and they learn to turn and keep swimming without stopping.

By the end of the term

  • 25 metres of three strokes

  • Tumble and touch turns

  • Treading water for a minute

Before the first lesson

Arrive ten minutes early

Bring a towel and a snack

Goggles only if they like them
