Swimming for the first time at 40

Most adults who come to us have one thing in common: they never had the chance to learn, and they have been quietly avoiding pools ever since.

Your first lesson

We start standing up, in water no deeper than your waist. Nobody is rushed and nobody is watching from the side.

“By week six I put my face in without thinking. I wish I had come years ago.” — Daniel, Adult beginners

Most adults swim their first width within a term. Some take longer, and that is completely fine.
